I ordered curatins from an instagram store "The Hippie Saaz" in the month of April. It was a pre paid order and it hasn't been delivered till date (**/**/****). I have been constantly asking for updates on Instagram and email but have received no satisfactory reply. I called so many times on their customer care number but nobody ever picks up. They have stopped replying to my Instagram messages and emails. I have asked to refund but they aren't doing that either. Please help. Rs. **** may not be a huge amount of money but during these times when people are losing their jobs it is a lot for me. I feel cheated.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
