I ordered * items worth *** Rs on **th Sept ****, expecting them to be delivered within **hrs. But thn she informed me that it will be dispatched on **th only. Since thn I've mailed and msgd them many times but she responded just once, that I'll look into this. That's all since thn no response, no order, nothing. They don't have any contact number on any platform and simply refuse to acknowledge your msgs now. It's been ** days now. At least they should refund the money if not able to fullfill an order.
