I have been trying to reach them and they keep ignoring my messages. They respond after a week or so and say that they will deliver it soon. I wanted to gift my mom on Nov ** for her birthday so ordered on October **. They keep saying they will get back and don’t respond at all. Its made me really frustrated and disappointed and angry.
