Umme Habiba filed complaint against Ecom Express on Sep 2, 2020
My order having AWB no ********** is showing delivered status but it has not been delivered yet. It took so many days to deliver the parcel and at last they are doing fraud. It was a RTO product and request has been sent on *th august only. Since * month they have not delivered the product and at last they are showing delivered status without actually delivering it. Its horrible. The customer care executive says the same thing again and again " wait for ** hours."
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
