Delivery was not made at all. I raised an issue for phone number change and they asked me to contact the delivery provider. Did the same but did not get the parcel delivered. And finally they said it was returned back. And zapvi asked me to make another payment only then the delivery will be initiated. I asked for a refund and nothing happened after that.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
