we ordered a mobile from ecom express the price is ***** rs. at the time of order it is showing the location comer under there delivery area . After that we are getting call that please take the phone from Ashok Nagar kanpur. If they are not serviceable in my area why they have taken the order and if not serviceable then why not they cancel it . It is paid order . Please help me ,I need my money back .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
