I ordered sholder mount support pad for camcorder on **.**.**** the estimated delivery date was **.**.**** i have paid the amount through amazon pay balance but i didn't get the product so i contacted to customer care of amazon on **.**.**** that time they told me that we will cancel your order and refund my amount in ** hours but it doesn't happen i didn't get my refund meanwhile from **.**.**** to **.**.**** i contacted several times to amazon customer care they everytime replied me as above but still i have not get my refund i have paid **** rs. For above product
