I had book a courier in Allahabad on ** August ****. The courier was Rakhi . It was going to deliver in Kolkata. It is in Tatkal booking and shopkeeper gave me the deadline of ** August ****. On ** August when delivery boy reach the address of receiver, he put the condition to need money for chai and coffee for delivery of package. Receiver was shocked and refused to take package. On ** August evening when I check the status of my package it was showing successfully delivered. I quite surprise that how a company can show the status successfully delivered without delivery of package. I complain to the shopkeeper but he also very rude. Now I need my refund include of penalty.
