I booked two couriers containing rakhis and chocolates on behalf of my wife on **.*.**** at abids branch of professional couriers. While accepting courier they told about super fast ** hour delivery and charged premium rate at Rs ***/- per package. But the delivery didn't happen till date **.*.**** which is * days from the booking date. When I inquired on **th August they told they are not serving that area. I didn't understand how they accepted my booking if they don't serve that location. When I spoke to the office people in Abids road they don't give a proper response. Mails to the head office of professional courier are also of no use.
I want a full refund of my Rs ***/- and my packages be either delivered to the booked location even if they don't serve that location or return back of the * packages to the from the address mentioned on the courier in good condition.
I also want compensation for the mental agony and the amount of time I had to waste because of them. Would be thankful if you can do justice.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
