I paid for dtdc plus service for a courier to be delivered from Hyderabad to Tirupati. I paid for service on the **nd of July and I was promised of the courier getting delivered on **rd of July which was not the case. The website tracking said it got delivered on ** while after a lot of calls and asking most of them were not answering. The package got delivered today afternoon i.e. **th. The question is why to wrongly update on the website and poor customer service. Why am I charged more than double for such a service?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
