I want to crave your most valuable time to seek your attention toward my grievance. On **th Jun ****, I have ordered " Stylespa Madrit coffee table" of cloud tail India through Amazon whose order no was # **********
******* and having a cost of Rs ****/-. I had also made online payment through SBI Master card (credit card). Mobile no through which I have ordered the product is ********** (idea).
The expected delivery date of the product was shown on ** Jun ****. On **th Jun **, a text message came to my mob where it was delivered through on ground nothing was received by me. Name of the delivery boy was Pintoo & his mob no is **********. On **th Jun **, I immediately lodged a complaint against the non-delivery of product and Amazon customer care assured me of investigation & getting the result by ** Jun **.
On the next day ** Jun ** a call came me from mob no
********** identifying himself as customer care executive of Amazon & pressing me to accept that product was received by me.
Till ** Jun **, no one from Amazon had ever contacted me personal except the call on ** Jun **. But on ** Jun ** when I called customer care, they told me that the investigation team from Amazon visited my place and they had confirmed that the product was recieved by me.
When I tried to air my grievance to the next level, the person from customer care told that he was the final authority and nothing will be done thereafter. Please help me.
