I have not received the order and the order is cancelled.
The best part is, i was been informed that you could not find my address.
Yes i agree i could not pick my phone but it was a medical emergency at my place which arrived of sudden and as such i was not around my phone ..
The best thing i understand is if the amount is payed is it not your duty to deliver order.
On Further follow up i understand
*. How many times did you call me , please send me exact time of call . (to my knowledge i got * calls at *:**PM ; *:**PM and *:**PM, in addition i got one call from delhi number at *:**PM) so if i understand your policy correctly please send me the policy clause that says you are suppose to call customer multiple times for only * min ... ??? This is really fooling a customer.??
*. Why was their a need for you to call when you had a clear address for delivery. The immediate next order from same hotel did reach me correctly than why not the earlier one?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
