Tanya gupta filed complaint against Zomato on May 15, 2019
I ordered three chicken biryani and cheese balls from Nawab Asia, Balewadi High street, Pune on **th May ****. It was a prepaid order and was accepted by the restaurant. After ** minutes of waiting, I got a call from the restaurant that they are cancelling my order as the zomato valet assigned to them refused to take the order. They told me they will refund my order but it's been two days already and the app shows your food is being prepared. We haven’t got any confirmation regarding the refund. I use zomato services at least once a day and off late the service has deteriorated a lot with poor quality of food and spillage almost every time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
