Complaint Against Rezoni for Non-Delivery and Refund Request

I am filing this complaint against Rezoni for its failure to deliver my prepaid order and for causing unnecessary delays.

My order has been pending since * June. Despite waiting for over a month, the product has still not been delivered.

The company rescheduled the delivery twice, but on both occasions the order was cancelled instead of being delivered. This repeated rescheduling and cancellation without fulfilling the order is unfair, misleading, and has caused significant inconvenience.

I have attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company, but the issue remains unresolved. As a customer, I believe this amounts to a deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice.

I request the Consumer Authority to:

*. Direct Rezoni to process a full refund of my order immediately.
*. Take appropriate action against the company for repeated delays, false delivery commitments, and failure to fulfill customer orders.
*. Ensure that such practices are not repeated with other consumers.

I have attached my order details, payment proof, and relevant screenshots in support of my complaint.
