Rezoni - Order not fulfilled

Placed my order for a OnePlus ** *G Phone Cover with free accessories for a total amount of Rs. ***/-
Order placed and paid for on **-Jun-****.
Initially, got an email that it was despatched (with some Blue Dart tracking number, which never got tracked at all), and surprisingly, after a few days, it just says despatched with a different tracking number with the same result.
Sent several emails to their customer support (hello@rezoni.com), got just a single reply that they were looking into this, but it's now more than a month since I placed my order.
