The company firstly delivered my package but I wanted o return and wanted to have refund but the company customer care and email doesn't reply. Also they don't even reply after * days and have a refund policy of * days
They have written after the company replies to your complaint they provide an address and I have to place a return from any courier and send them tracking link
Now if they don't send the address or reply
When do I send them tracking link and approve my return
I request to look over it
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
