I am filing this complaint against Kwabey regarding non-delivery of my prepaid order (Order ID: *******) placed on ** April **** for * oversized T-shirts worth ₹***
The company states orders are fulfilled within *-* days, but today is **April and even after * days the order has not been dispatched. The status remains stuck at “Processed”, and no tracking details or delivery updates have been provided.
Despite full payment being made, the company has failed to deliver the products within the promised timeline. I have also found several recent complaints from other customers reporting similar delivery issues with this company, which raises concerns about their service practices.
Due to this delay, my money has been blocked and I have suffered inconvenience and financial loss of ₹***.
I request intervention to ensure either:
Immediate dispatch of my order with valid tracking details, or
Full refund of ₹*** if the order cannot be fulfilled immediately.
I seek resolution for non-delivery and deficiency in service.
