I have ordered * Sanfe tan lotion and * kesar facewash on **/**/** but my order has not even been packed or shipped yet . Whenever I connect with the customer support they either don't respond to the mails or say we are trying our best to deliver your order . I have already paid online if not then atleast cancel the order and refund the amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
