I placed an order on Kwabey.com (Order ID: *******) on ** March **** for * T-shirts. It has been over ** days and I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking details, and no response to my follow-up emails sent to care@kwabey.com and escalations@kwabey.com. I request either immediate delivery with tracking information or a full refund to my original payment method.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
