"A few days ago, on March **th, I placed an order with Kwabey for three T-shirts that were on offer for ₹*,***. However, the order status is still showing as 'Processing' and hasn't even been marked as 'Placed' yet. I haven't received any confirmation text either. I have already complained via their personal Instagram account and through email, but I haven't received any response from them yet."
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
