My friend has booked a parcel for me from Bolpur shantiniketan on **th July *.** pm to my destination Bandel, it was supposed to be reached to me today that is **th July, yesterday I got a message showing that my parcel is for out for delivery and later it's shows that it is unattempt, why so? I did not got any call from them, if they did not attempt my delivery how can they say that my parcel was attempted? It's *pm already and still now I did not get my products.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
