Package from Pune to chennai was sent and i am the receiver, it reached Chennai branch in two days but from the branch these guys dint deliver me, it's been **days i have been calling them three times a day and they just say it will be resolved today but no one bothered to resolve it . I told them it's medicine for my son and it needs to be kept in cool place or else it would be spoiled but they are being so pathetic. They just raise ticket and send mail and branch and that's it they don't follow up on the ticket to resolve it at all. They made me so traumatic experience since medicine is getting delayed and i m not able to treat my son.i told them i m not able to sleep also.
These people are worse, pathetic and unbelievable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
