Shivam Sangal filed complaint against Sirphire on Apr 9, 2025
I had ordered a mobile cover from sirphire website, my tracking ID is ******, after that they gave me tracking number of delhivery for tracking but its been * days no update on that it showing the product is not ready for pickup. I tried to connect with sirphire contact number which is given on website but no response, i tried on WhatsApp, Email and Instagram too but no response.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
