I ordered a saree through instagram page. The parcel with tracking id *D********* from DTDC Surat.
It was reached vijayawada branch on **st December. Till now its not delivered. They said the parcel was lost and according to terms and conditions we won't refund too.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
