I've placed an order and find items with less quantity than ordered. I tried reaching customer care through app but I did not get satisfactory resolution. I tried to mail but they simply said no refund or replacement is provided from their side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
