Aman Shrivastava filed complaint against Zepto on Dec 5, 2024
Delivery boy has delivered the package in wrong address or may not deliver, but he has marked that order has been delivered. After that he has blocked my number contact number and zepto customer service are saying that they cannot help on this because order has been deliver , so i have asked for the evidence but they are not providing and denying to refund.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
