Mainstreet Market Place - Package not delivered

i recently purchased shoes from mainstreet marketplace saw many sponsored ads in which they were collaborating with celebs , and so called stand up comedians i ordered one shoe which i was in search for since long enough they send me whats app message pdf confirmation and * days past by they aren’t picking up my calls not looking into messages i am getting completely ignored i knew something was fishy i searched on reddit and did some of my research in which i found out there are hundreds of customers like me ordered *-* month before and still haven’t their orders still, they don’t receive calls , revert back on mails or even give any update.
