I ordered a product on October **th. And after a week I requested for the update in emails I sent to them.There was no response to even a single mail.When I asked them in instagram they replied saying logistics issues.And there was no response after that for ** days.Again when I asked them ,the reply was the same.When I asked them to refund the amount, there was no response and their phone number is always on busy mode.They are totally unprofessional and rude.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
