Vintage closet of kamali - Damaged product

I have ordered a dress from this page called vintage closet of kamali.. from the beginning these guys were not friendly they were lazy in replying... I had a confusion in size, I ordered from their website and asked for tracking information... they said once dispatched we will provide... they didn't provide...they don't respond to phone calls... I thought these people are cheating and tried to chase them in both insta and whatsapp...she told me some stories which I don't believe and she started blaming me that Iam harsh... The day I was keep on chasing them for tracking details they said it's not dispatched but within * hrs I suppose I got their dress but its damaged and looked old. Purposely they are sending like this and I asked for refund she said we need a video of unpacking. I have the pictures alone... why didn't they tell us priorly that we need to take a video. Before buying I was asking for all the details they didn't disclose all that before we buy.. she said we can't do anything we need a video... so cheap these guys are
