I placed order on their website on January *, **** with online payment done. I had been following in Instagram DM and they said it will be dispatched after ** working days. Now its more than a month and every week if I enquire they would say this week shipping will be done and till now it is not. I am not able to reach them in call also. Only once they responded in whats app chat saying shipping will be done next day. I used to buy many small scale shopping websites through Instagram, but this was the first time i am facing this much trouble . I need my money back or the item should be delivered.. please do the needful
