I have ordered sunscreen from dot and key, delivery partner is Ecom express, is showed out of delivery but I received no call or message from delivery partner, I even contacted the manager I didn't received the package, on the site expected delivery date is passed still no update on my order. It is showing OPD lock. Either deliver the product to me or return the product to supplier so that I can have my mone back, as it is a prepaid order.
