I placed the order for * uptownie products on *th April, ****. It has been a month and still they haven't delivered the products nor they are ready to refund the money. When you put comments on Instagram stating their fraud so that other customers don't get duped, they even delete that. Tried sending them multiple mails, dms on insta and messages on whatsapp but of no help. Even tried calling their customer care ** ** times but it won't get connected to the agent. I think even that is fake.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
