I placed my order on **th feb, and till date have not received my order. I have followed up with customer service numerous times to refund my paid amount if they are unable to deliver. The team responds saying that its been sent for processing and cant be refunded. Till today I have no update as to whats going on. I need the refund. I have chased over instagram too and commented in their posts however they delete all my comments like notjing happened. Zeeo empathy for customers time and patience. Highly disappointed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
