Ecom Express - Package not delivered

I had ordered products worth rs **** from ZOUK bags on **/**/****. I received tracking ID the AWB no ************. The courier partner was ECOM EXPRESS. My package had reached my city on **/**/****. My package reached Ecom express warehouse on **th March. After that I didn't get any further updates on my package. I have been continously contacting Ecom express on this issue. I got a reply from Ecom Express that my package has been untraceable which is a ridiculous reason. Being a logistics company how come a package that has reached your hub suddenly go untraceable. I suspect a foul play here. I have never seen such an irresponsible and unprofessional logistic company in my life. Ecom express is a logistics company and your job is to deliver the shipment correctly to given address not to give reasons such as shipment untraceable. I want my package to be delivered asap.
