I have ordered a product on Oct ** **** - and the mentioned date of delivery is ** Oct **** , today (**-**-****)
I have waited all along each day . Every day im getting only remarks are filed and will deliver it soon but never ever i got a update response from xpressbees NO concern person ( tamil language speaking ) in customercare so that tamilnadu people could contact , if the respective person is not there , why the hell it should be procesed for tamilnadu . No notification processed till the delivery update . making customers more frustration
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
