I had placed an order and it was never delivered on the expected date and i got a message that i was not home while i was home. No delivery attempt was made in the consecutive days although i called customer service several times. This has been happening so many times.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
