Jiomart - Package not delivered

My complaint against jiomart company regarding order not delivered on time.
The delivery date are keepon changing every day.
The order has been placed on ** may **** first delivery date mentioned was **may **** when i checked the delivery details on ** may **** the date has been changed to ** may **** even i checked on that day also same problem is the date has been changed again to ** may **** even i checked on that day again the date changed, so i called to jiomart costumer service no*********** they said will rise a complaint regarding my order, the complaint no is ************

And they said your complaint will be resolved by ** may ****, after that I checked the app about delivery details and again the date is changed to ** may **** even that day again date changed to ** may ****. Even when I called on ** may **** morning **:**am costumer service person was said that when I asked to connect to your senior manager to discuss about delivery problem she said i can't connect after that I talked rashly and said i will file a complaint against your company then she said do whatever you want to do i will not transfer call to my senior. But till today the date is keepon changing.
Because of this I am mentally disturbed
Even that effected to my work also as I was calling them in the office time, so my office supervisor told me that this month in my salary **** will be cut.
Because of this I need a proper composition for what I faced by jiomart company.
Regarding the calls i have the call recording.
Regarding date changing i have screenshot from there app
Even to support my problem same complaints we can see in Google Play Store feedback columns this also i screenshot record.
Please consider this complaint seriously.
Because of this mental torture i nearly to loose my job.
