I was contacted by the delivery person and informed that no delivery to my place is available.So I will have to travel to their place and collect the package if I want. I informed that I received home delivery of my package from the same company and the delivery person talked very rudely saying he will send the package back. Customer service was very poor from his side. Now i received the message saying my number was unreachable and couldn't deliver the package. The person called me and behaved rudely and didn't deliver my package
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
