Flipkart - Package not delivered

I have ordered one product worth ₹**** on Flipkart on **th February,****. The initial delivery date was **th February,****. However, I didn't get the order on **th February and didn't get any response from seller as well. So I raised one issue regarding the delay of my order. After raising an issue they told like I will get my order on * days later ( on **th February). But on **th also the same scenario is happened. I didn't receive the order. So again I raised one issue. After raising the issue they again postponed the delivery date by * days (*th March, ****). But On *th March also I didn't get the order and didn't get any response from them. So I decided to cancel my order. For that I contacted Flipkart customer care. But the interesting part is that I can't cancel my order after shipment and I need to wait till **th March for my package. The response from the Flipkart team was very very miserable. This is not the correct way of treating the customers. Please do the needful for this issue. I just want to cancel this order and need refund and compensation for my waiting period.
