I placed an order in last days of nov from their website. After * week, I started following up them, but they never responded. I received an update on WhatsApp after ** working days that my order is packing department and I started waiting for courier details but no further update and no response from them even after multiple calls, message on phone, insta, WhatsApp, Personal email id of Tanya Mittal.
I received a call from them after ** working days of order placement and they were apologised and ensured me that order will be dispatched by today or max tomorrow but still i am waiting for their response and courier details after ** working days. They mention that they deliver order by *-** working days.. but they couldn’t justify that.
Even when I am trying to ask them to refund my whole money, they are not responding.

Please help me to get my money back from them. It is huge amount near *K.
