My order Id is order_LRU*tDeh*KlucA , I had ordered * dresses and scrunchies on **th March. I have not received any updates regarding my shipment date and product updates. I emailed on the email id present on their website it shows the email is incorrect. I messaged on their Insta handle no one replies on DM. I tried calling one of the number from last one month they are saying wait for one week yet not confirming the shipment date. I asked for refund said can't refund the order. I look forward to either get my parcel or refund amount. Please help me in the matter
