I had ordered two dresses from their website on **th August but haven’t received anything yet, though they claim *-** days delivery. Their customer support number is never available. The website shows no status update or tracking id. They do not even reply on instagram or WhatsApp number.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
