I ordered I-phone ** dated on **th Oct'** order no. is # ***-*******-******* via Amazon , delivery expecting date was **th OCT
on **th OCT at *.**AM i received message of out of delivery but product not delivered on EOD i did complain through customer care and also raise concern on social media, later i was informed that parcel misplaced by warehouse team and they trying to convince me for refund
I denied for refund cause i need product, they assure me provide solution but today is *st Nov and already * days past there is no resolution provided by amazon team. they buying time and harassing their prime customer
multiple times i raise concern but no body care about customer's emotion and his time
i m expecting from your your hand please do needful

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
