Dear sir/Mam
Since I ordered the Flipkart Perfect Homes BELLA Leatherette * + * + * Sofa Set on ** th October **** it was suppose to deliver on *th October but in the app it is reflecting as the product has been delivered on **th October ****.
I purchased this product on the EMI process of Flipkart pay later mode.
On *th Oct **** i hv paid the *st installment of Rs ****.
I have not received any product yet and kindly let me know when the item will be delivered and provide proper tracking ID and share details of product in mail.
If not
Cancel the order and stop the EMI payments.
Kindly refund the amount which has been paid for this item.
Since from last *days i am frequently contacting the customer care but still the issues is not been resolved.
Every time I reach out to coustomer care the only answer i got is technical error or wait for *hrs, * hrs,**hr, ** hrs and so on.
It's really disappointing to face such situations.
I am sad and disappointed to incur financial loss and mental stress.
Hoping that concern will be taken seriously and issues will be solved. waiting to hear from you soon.
