Choco town - Package not delivered

I had placed an order on **th sept. Total amount was Rs. ***. The status shows that my order is cancelled. I did not cancel the order, neither did they provide me an update about why it was cancelled and also any details about the refund. The phone number and email id provided in the website does not exist. I even tried to visit the store at the address given on their website but no such store/office exists. I have absolutely no clue about the cancellation, the reason and my refund.
