I send the package on ** May ****. It reach the destination on ** that is next day. On status it has been shown out for delivery * times but the person who was suppose to get the courier hasn't received any calls from DTDC and the status now is showing consignment redirected. It is a very important package. It was suppose to reach within * days. Now I am getting worried and am not able to contact anyone regarding this. Please help out.
