I had ordered * tshirts. It was not delivered to me and was sent for return automatically after * attempts. From **th it is in Ludhiana but no delivery is being attempted. You have hold up my payment and waiting for it to deliver.
If it is not being delivered that is not my fault, even i didn’t got the delivery. U should take up the matter with ‘your’ delivery agent.
I m also in customer industry, and regular online shopper but this is my worst experience so far.
If anazon dsnt deliver for * month for misplace it who is responsible? It is not like it was delivered and returned. Same order was returned by shiprockwt so quality chck and late in delivery is your responsibility.
Product was not delivered and they are not taking any responsibility for it and neither for refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
