Placed an order on magicpin and my food was not delivered because delivery boy their was an issue with delivery boy app. I shared my address with him on his whatsapp but his intentions was not deliver my food. Now company says your good was prepared so we can't refund my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
