Swiggy - Package not delivered

I Pallavi Phadatare is a customer of swiggy i am regular customer of swiggy today I ordered one product from swiggy for my student for Holi date **th March ****. Delivery time was **am to **pm i even shared the address of my student on delivery address and delivery boy called me told he reached but he reached in wrong address so I requested him to go to given address he denied me to delivered on that address i chat with help support of swiggy but I didn't received any proper reply and then again spoke to that delivery guy he told me to pay **rs extra for delivery I told this to help support of swiggy they told we spoke to him he will delivered the order and dnt pay him,again I spoke to that delivery guys to denied that as help support told that guy to tell me to cancel the order,and even told me to cancel the order I didn't want to cancel as I can't order that product again as that product was out of stock swiggy wasted my time i really was helpless with this and finally I told that guy to stay where he is and I will send my friend to him to pick that parcel even my friend went there and met that guy but he can't process the completion of oder error in software i really was fed-up with this conversation and I want to complain about this but no support for swiggy help desk still waiting
