My AWB number is W********, I have sent important documents through DTDC on **th Dec, today is **rd December and still I haven’t received my parcel at my place and no one in the customer support knows what to do. Due to them I have faced a penulty of ***** because I’m unable to submit those documents on time.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
